Job role: Customer Service Adviser - Weekends and Bank Holidays
The salary / shift work: 8:30am - 8:30pm is £12,936 per annum
6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm is £8,820 per annum
Our client is a leading Building Claims Services provider to the Insurance Industry. We are currently seeking a customer service advisor to join their Operations team.
The main objective of this role is to cover core clients and emergency clients through an out of hours working service this will include evenings and bank holidays.
This a chance to work with a well-known company with lots of progression and support from the Out of Hours team
Have a good understanding of what emergencies could occur within a new build property
Claims that are received outside of the normal working hours should be recorded on the system and called within SLA’s
To be able to sell and promote the business to our clients
Prepare evidence of your successes for personal development
Understanding of the internal system and their involvement in the claims process
Make sure you use the TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principle at all times with every customer
Make sure all out of hours claims are entered and actioned within the stipulated service level agreements
Strong level of customer service skills
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Work well under pressure
Previous experience in complaint handling
Experience in the Household insurance industry (desirable but not essential)
