A temporary Weekend Receptionist position based in Carlisle

Your new role
Working as part of the Receptionist Team, you will be providing the first point of contact for the client base over the weekend opening hours. Your main responsibilities will include answering incoming calls on the busy switchboard, meeting and greeting guests, taking and forwarding messages to the relevant contacts to ensure first class service to the companies clients. Your hours will be 9-5 on Saturday and 11-5 on Sunday.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years recent experience within a similar position. You will be well-presented with a professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills. You will have confident communication skills, able to deal with enquiries in an efficient manner and work as a keen team player.
