Manor Hill House is a stunning contemporary property nestling in beautiful North Worcestershire countryside, ideal for exclusive use weddings, private events and conferences.
As Weddings and Events Sales Manager you will have overall responsibility for all sales and marketing activity at Manor Hill House. This will include show rounds to both private and corporate clients, managing the website, digital marketing, advertising and database. There will also be a requirement to act as host for some events.
The post is for 40 hours per week [with considerable flexibility as to when these are worked] but due to the nature of the business and the need for client show rounds these hours will include some evenings and weekend days.
You need to have excellent communication skills, be a good team player and have a passion for sales. Experience within hospitality is beneficial but not essential. Your most important quality is to always be able to deliver service with a smile and put the customer first in everything that you do - creating a customer focussed approach within the business.
Own transport is essential.
