Wedding and Special Events Co-Ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our clients events team within a luxury hotel with a huge capacity to design bespoke luxury wedding, events and special functions. You will be reporting directly into the Events Manager you will contribute to the growth and profitability of the hotel by providing quality service to the guest with efficient handling of transient event and corporate enquiries.
As Wedding and Special Events Co-ordinator you will be responsible for advance booking of events as well as for promoting Guest use of all other Resort facilities. It really is a fabulous role and involves showing round clients, looking after the booking from booking to completion and working with other departments to ensure they are aware of the concept being roled out. The successful candidate will possess flexibility of approach and will have meticulous attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills, excellent administration and organizational skills.
Working Hours: This is a Monday to Friday role, however it is expected that the Wedding and Event Co-ordinator would be present for a wedding day arrival of bride.
