Website Manager - Global Financial Leader

This is an opportunity to join an established global market leader within the finance/fin-tech industry, going through an exciting digital transformation as they undertake multiple major international acquisitions.

With flat structure, and a collaborative digital marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with other team member on a number of exciting project including web migrations and redesigns, new website launches, and working with affiliate and partnerships websites.

As the Website Manager, you will be responsible for both strategy, execution and implementation of optimisation techniques, landing pages, traffic conversion and customer journey in order to improve their digital presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the digital strategy and set out the website KPIs

  • Have ownership and responsibility for the various UK and international websites

  • Ensure landing pages are optimised to drive website traffic

  • Development and uploading content (especially when migrating to new website)

  • Responsible for web analytics tools, tracking and monitoring over performance of websites and campaigns

  • Collaborate with multiple teams (design, product) in order to drive conversion optimisation initiatives and journeys

  • Tools and platforms you'll work with: Episerver, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Optimizely, Qubit, Google Analytics, Excel, HTML/CSS

What it takes to be part of the team:

  • 3+ years in a similar role managing website performance, optimising website performance, managing content

  • Ability to use SEO marketing to drive traffic to websites

  • Experience with analytics and reporting in order to measure performance, track landing pages, and improve conversion rates

  • Proven ability in managing and improving customer website journey

  • Experience with setting up campaign tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  • Overall solid understanding of wider digital marketing landscape (including paid & organic marketing activities)
