An established and expanding Automotive components import/export distribution company, we are now looking for a Website Adminstrator to join our team.
As the Website Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Procurement department. You will report to the Purchasing Manager and will be responsible for maintaining and updating the company websites, adding product information, creating listings for eBay stores, image editing and general website maintenance.
Role and Responsibilities
Addition of new products onto the company websites, with information provided via
Cropping, resizing and optimisation of product images to be used on the website
Creation of dimension diagrams to be used on each product
Amendments of existing product information such as prices, pictures and product sheets
Discontinuing products that are no longer available for sale
Creation of new website categories
Creation of new listings to be added to our eBay stores in line with set targets and deadlines
Back up the team responsible for incoming customer calls
Essential Skill Requirement
Good IT /Keyboard skills, MS Word, Excel
A working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Photography experience desirable
Attention to detail
Methodical & lateral approach to tasks set
Self- motivated and enthusiastic
Ability to prioritise workload
A Team player who will enjoy being part of a team who take pride in their business, products and objectives
Benefits to you
Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Annual Holiday: All Bank holidays plus 20 days of which 3-4 days are allocated to the Christmas period
Salary £20-22k dependant on experience
As with all small businesses, this role will be varied and you may be required to help out is a range of other functions on occasions as the business needs require.
