I am looking for an ambitious Web Developer (WordPress, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) to join us in Putney. This is an exciting hybrid role in a fast-paced, creative team which will involve aspects of both front-end & back-end development, as well as on-going technical maintenance and client support.


  • Transform the approved PSDs into professional responsive WordPress sites
  • Create HTML newsletter templates based on the provided PSD files
  • Collaborate with the creative team on existing projects
  • Provide support for on-going maintenance of existing and new websites
  • Optimise images for web use
  • Create animated GIFs following the client's restrictions
  • On-page SEO integration
  • Shared, dedicated or cloud hosting recommendation and management for the clients


  • Proven experience working with WordPress (minimum 5 years)
  • Knowledge of WordPress development and customising (creation of bespoke themes, plugins)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of WordPress best practices
  • Good experience with CSS3, HTML5
  • Understanding of cross-browser/cross-platform development
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and to a tight deadline
  • Knowledge of WordPress e-commerce integration would be useful
  • Thorough understanding of mobile development for all elements of web design
  • Mac environment, not PC as we can not provide PC support.
