-Identifying key areas for digital improvement based on user feedback and statistical analysis and investigating problems raised by colleagues or users to find solutions or improvements and then taking this up with line manager.
-Supporting the organisation with development of website functionality and delivering the day-to-day activity and testing requirement s
-Working with colleagues, develop web forms and interactive elements of the website, including coding where appropriate
-Administer the charity's social media channels as necessary in line with the agreed communications plan and social media strategy
-Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and a good knowledge of Drupal CMS.
-Ability to pin-point where improvements in design or functionality can add value.
-Experience of undertaking thorough user acceptance testing and recording results in a meaningful manner
-Understanding the purpose of any user-journey and ability to ensure it is met
-Ability and willingness to respond to the needs of service users, colleagues and the organization, including undertaking additional tasks not specified in this job description
This is a 1 Year FTC paying up to £20,000.
