My client are a fast growing, market leading company and they are looking for a Web Designer/Developer to join their young and dynamic team.
The company has grown from strength to strength since it was founded by the Owner/Managing Director and sells a top rate product to motoring enthusiasts. They have a very strong brand presence and are a household name on the car modification and showing circuit.
This role is to develop and maintain the website, using modern technologies and practices. The company is always pushing for the website to be cutting edge and responsive in order to give the best possible customer experience, as well as important information about customers and buying patterns. Your experience and creative streak will be called upon too, and you will be able to use your initiative when it comes to ideas and new developments.
You will need to have:
- Workplace experience of developing responsive and standards-compliant websites
- Knowledge of web standards and progressive enhancement
- Knowledge and experience of software testing
- Experience of server sided software development with PHP
- Experience of working with WordPress, Opencart and Shopify
- Experience of using version control software
- Experience of interfacing with web services and feeds.
