The Web Developer role requires an individual with the capability and creativity to independently maintain, improve, and create a number of this company's websites and online applications. This will be achieved through your own work, and by liaising with internal business representatives and external web consultancies.
The ideal candidate for the role will be positively-minded, flexible, and highly organised, with the drive to deliver the highest quality online solutions for my client. Someone with a firm grasp of marketing and sales practices will suit this role well, as they will be required to keep business and customer perspectives in mind.
The Web Developer role will require someone with the following abilities:
*Excellent C# skills
*Strong Visual Studio ability
*Comfortable using ASP.NET MVC
*Experience using a CMS, ideally EpiServer
*Able to implement database design and administration
*Knowledge of working with API's
*PHP and SQL
*Git, using Bitbucket as source code control
*Experience creating prototype solutions
*Confident in SQL
In addition, an understanding or experience with The Angular 2, CodeIgniter, AWS, and mobile application development would be considered an advantage.
Please note there will be occasional travel to Europe required for this role. Therefore any additional European languages would be considered desirable.
This is a permanent role offering a basic salary range of £40-66,000 per annum dependent on depth of relevant skills and experience plus a generous benefits package that includes a fantastic holiday allowance amongst other things.
