Web Developer (JavaScript, Node.js, CSS, HTML) - Guildford, Surrey. A well-established business based in Guildford is currently seeking a capable front-end Web Developer to join its growing team.

The company are looking for a true technologist to join their IT department and work in a very autonomous role, so it is important you are able to work under your own initiative. You will be working with an array programming languages and databases, including, JavaScript and Node.js.

Some of your typical duties will include, but aren't limited to:

- Creating and updating scripts using JavaScript to help further develop/maintain the in-house database.
- Monitoring and amending incoming data through the use of a tracking application, mostly using basic back-end skills.
- working on various projects including front end web development for clients, using JavaScript, HTML and CSS

In order to be suitable for this position it is expected that you will have some commercial exposure working in a similar role and the proven ability to write expert scripts using JavaScript as well as boasting some basic back-end development skills. In addition to this, you will be using Node.js to integrate with internal databases so previous experience with this is considered to be a prerequisite.
