Web Analyst - Online Gaming / Gambling Industry

Salary: £30-50K + 10% bonus

An established and fast growing startup in the online gaming / gambling industry are looking for a Web Analyst to own web analytics within the business to ensure further growth of products. The business founded in 2015 have grown to 50 staff in the UK office, with a wide range of nationalities and languages represented to ensure the growth of their international business. They have big plans for the next 2 years, including further growth to 200 staff. The Analytics department will be one of their key areas of growth, with the new web Analyst taking over web analytical duties from the conversion team.

The Web Analyst will be responsible for taking ownership of web analytics within the business, and across the 150 websites that they operate internationally. The main tasks will involve:

  • Deep-dive analysis and statistical tests to clarify performance drivers
  • Create dashboards to monitor and improve performance
  • Communicate findings to senior business leaders
  • Make recommendations for website / campaign improvement
  • Prioritise statistical research
  • Work with the development team to improve in house analytical and reporting tools

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Data Mining
  • Statistical Analysis
  • Bachelors degree (Statistics, Mathemematics, Computer Science, Economics or Finance)
  • Extensive knowledge of Web Analytical Tools & Techniques
  • Strong understanding of digital trends
  • Research experience in multiple digital channels
  • Previous experience in AdTech, Product Management, Product Marketing from a data perspective (Desirable)
