Wealth Planning Administrator (IFA Support)

My client a very successful Wealth Planning HNW IFA practice is actively looking to recruit a skilled Administrator to join their very successful Team based in Berkhamstead, Hertfordshire.  This is a very good opportunity for a skilled IFA Support Administrator looking to take on a new role.  The salary is up to £28,000 depending on level of exposure.

The main duties are as follows:-

o Gather information and collate sales documentation:
o Prepare illustrations, comparisons.
o Preparation & documentation of Letter of Authorities for client existing plans.
o Completion of Plan Checklists
o Assist in compilation of Suitability Reports
o Upload documents to Caerus for compliance
o Facilitate the approval of cases which do not initially pass PFA checking and ensure papers are complete.
o When approved, submit application documentation to product providers.
o Update Intelliflo status.
o Update Database/systems.
o Ensure business issued as quickly as possible.

o Typing prepared correspondence/client reports/policy schedules.

o Pipeline management/chasing outstanding requirements at least once a week.

o General correspondence (responding to internal and external post) except where of an advisory/historical nature.

o Drafting correspondence for practice and clients.

o Screen telephone calls – handle where possible except where of an advisory nature.

o Identify and flag files and other paper records for scanning (intelligent office) /shredding.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:-

- Currently working within an IFA Support role within an IFA Practice
- Use and exposure to using Intelliflo
- Strong Wealth Planning IFA Support background
