Wealth Management Administrator

Salary to circa £20,000 depending on experience

My client is a well regarded Wealth Management company, and they are now looking to appoint a further financial services administrator to join their team. This is an exciting role with great future prospects, working in modern, open plan offices.

Day to day, your role will involve:

  • Answering phones
  • Dealing with post
  • Scanning documentation to the CRM system
  • Having a good working relationship with the advisors & paraplanners
  • Requesting & loading valuations from product providers
  • Completing 1st appointment packs for advisors
  • Inputting fact find information to ensure client information is correctly & securely retained
  • Liaising with product providers
  • Providing relevant quotations for advisors
  • Recording fees & commissions received from providers accurately & timely

Skills & experience required:

  • Previous experience within a wealth management / financial services environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • IT literate, ideally with experience of 'Intelligent Office’
