Our client offers an execution only and advice investment service for our PI investors with larger and more complex portfolios. Lasting Client relationships are developed through a combination of web, telephony and face to face interaction. Fidelity Wealth is rapidly expanding investor numbers and assets under administration supported by the development of the product and service proposition.
The Wealth Investment Advisor is responsible for proactively advising and developing a portfolio of investors within the Wealth business with assets over £250k. The role will involve:
- Working closely with a designated group of Wealth Relationship Managers to provide Investment advice to a group of clients with an emphasis on regulated products.
- Structuring client’s affairs in the most efficient way to achieve established medium- and long-term goals.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships and providing investment advice within the UK regulatory framework
- Identifying, developing and securing new client relationships through referrals and leveraging the firms’ internal network
Retention of assets is of equal importance, such that the Investment Advisor is expected to build deep and lasting relationships to maintain clients and funds on the platform.
In addition, the Wealth Investment Advisor will support and advise new customers that have joined our client through our Business Development team.
Overall success will be dependent on working closely with a small team of Relationship Managers and Executives as well as the Wealth phones team.
The Wealth Investment Advisor will be required to coach and develop these associates in all aspects of lead generation and outbound calls.
The job is focused on advising and growing assets from clients referred from the Relationship Management team but will also require mix of sales, coaching, relationship, networking and management skills.
Proactive management of time is expected of the Investment Advisor to ensure that all aspects are fully satisfied.
Client retention is a high priority and it is expected that the Investment Advisor will use our clients services and resources to encourage clients both to remain and pass a larger portion of their wealth into the service.
