Wealth and Banking Administrator

Wealth and Banking Administrator vacancy: an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading providers of investment management services. The role is open to experienced administrators to join a leading Wealth and Banking business in a varied role.


  • Cheque requisition/ BACS and CHAPS payments
  • Opening, transferring, amending, monitoring, and closing client accounts
  • Dealing with commission queries, probate, and estate distribution
  • Maintaining manager and team diaries
  • General office duties: answering telephone calls, answering enquiries, taking messages and passing on where appropriate
  • Collating and producing valuations, statements and cover letters
  • Creating and amending client presentation and meeting packs
  • Data maintenance in RID and ROD systems

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Administration experience, ideally in a similar financial service or blue-chip professional firm
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Word, and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent standard of accuracy, attention to detail
  • Investment Operations Certificate, Level 4 Business Admin Certificate, and prior knowledge of a Client Relationship Management system are desirable
  • Ability to use own initiative, work closely with managers

This role would be suitable to candidates who have a flexible approach to working hours and who enjoy working in a small team.
