We are very excited to present this fantastic opportunity working for a well respected and market leading organisation within the savings and investments arena. We are looking for Wealth Advisors to work within their Wealth Telephony Team. This is a sales role, with close customer/distributor and internal relationships.
The role has two principle areas of focus; to drive new business volume and to protect existing assets. So you’ll increase market share with key target accounts within the panel to achieve:
- APE and market share targets, driving up retention and improving persistency of accumulation business with intermediary relationships in line with retention strategy.
- You will ensure Intermediaries understand appropriate target audiences for all product lines, ensuring consistent delivery of sales standards, culture and customer experience in line with Distribution’s risk appetite and regulatory standards.
To be considered for this role you will need to have a proven track record in a sales/account management role within financial services and or be an administrator or client services executive looking to take the leap into account management. You will have some knowledge of the investment process, funds and the platform market with an understanding of the IFA market, although individuals with other financial services product knowledge will be considered. Successful candidates will possess excellent influencing, selling and relationship building skills.
