Wealth Administrator – Edinburgh

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for supporting financial services? We’re looking for a Wealth Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team in Edinburgh, where your skills will help ensure the smooth running of operations and exceptional client service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting senior colleagues with day-to-day administration tasks
  • Communicating professionally with Financial Advisers and clients
  • Preparing and processing new client documentation and updates
  • Monitoring transfers of assets and cash
  • Handling ISA subscriptions, transfers, and client payments
  • Collaborating with Business Support to manage client accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records and electronic filing
  • Ensuring compliance with Conduct Risk standards

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous administration experience (essential) – full training provided
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written and numerical tasks
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
  • A collaborative, flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team
