Wealth Administrator

This successful wealth management company located close to the town centre urgently needs an additional administrator to join the friendly support team who provide a complete back up service to some 30 advisors.

You will provide an administrative support to one or more advisers, which includes,

  • Dealing with day to day client and provider enquiries

  • Arranging client meetings for the adviser

  • Dealing with Pension transfers

  • Preparing for client meetings including quote requests, obtaining valuations and appropriate literature

  • Issuing letters of authority and diarising for the return of policy information

  • Preparing and submitting applications and supporting documents to product providers

  • Inputting new business proposals to the back office system in line with Company procedures

  • Undertaking fund switches upon the instruction of the client

  • Dealing with ad hoc client instructions i.e. change of address

  • Maintaining accurate records of all verbal and non-verbal communications with the client

  • Ensuring all correspondence is scanned to the client file in a timely manner

  • Maintaining up to date client fact find information on the back office system

  • Maintaining client files in line with Compliance procedures

  • Keeping track of fees and chasing where appropriate

You will already have gained experience with in an IFA and have specific knowledge of pension transfer s and keen to develop your career in financial services. The company is committed to developing their employees and will support your studies for the Diploma in Financial Services
