Zachary Daniels has an exciting opportunity for a Luxury Watch Brand to join them as a Watch Repair Administrator in Central London. This is a position that comes with a challenge, lots of responsibility and forms part of an important role in our client store.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management of Boutique administration processes. You will be responsible for the management of all administration processes for repairs and replacements for luxury watches.

This role will involve lots of engagement with customers and clients, a background in luxury watches is preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities as a Watch Repair Administrator

  • Provide the highest levels of client care in all interactions.
  • Manage, develop and administer the repairs and spare parts systems, in order to offer the most comprehensive, pro-active and informative repairs and spare parts service available.
  • Take responsibility for a number of administrative and back-office tasks, including; sales reports, stock file report, stock care and loss prevention processing of tax-free sales, and a number of other administrative tasks.
  • Be the first line in dealing with client complaints during the repair of the watch and watch strap order processes
  • Customer facing when necessary, assisting the team with booking in watches and liaising with clients regarding their repair or other enquires.
  • Creative input to help drive administrative, sales and client experience standards forward.
  • Creation and implementation of new and improved repair, client and general administrative systems.
  • Assist in the organization and planning of client and team events.

What we need in our new Watch Repair Administrator:

  • Experience of or strong knowledge of luxury watches
  • High level of organizational and administrative skills.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • An enthusiasm for people and for the product.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, and promote the team values.
  • Demonstrating initiative, creativity and a desire to learn.

In return we can offer great working hours; Hours 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday working a 5 day flexible rota, subject to change at any time. A competitive basic salary of £27-28,000 and the chance to earn over £4k in commission!
