We are currently on the lookout for an experienced people manager that doesn't mind early mornings! The role encompasses work flow management, compliance, health and safety, contract management, transport and operations.

Duties can include:
*Budget management and understanding of expenditure limits
*Allocating resources to operations
*Maintain client contract specifications
*Monitor, track and ensure all fleet vehicles are compliant
*Maintain a physical presence on and off site to ensure staff adhere to safe working practices at all times
*Awareness and application of relevant environmental legislation
*Provide management reports
*People management to include, employer engagement, training, performance reviews etc.
The successful candidate will need to have some elements of flexibility. The role is Monday- Friday but will require occasional weekend work at peak times. Shifts are 9 hours and starting times are 5.30am, 8am, 9am. At least two shifts a week will start at 5.30am.
