Working within the Waste Management team you will be required to provide administration support to ensure achievement of departmental objectives.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months previous Office Administration experience together with a good working knowledge of Word & Excel and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Duties to include:-
- Processing supplier invoices
- Coordinating bookings for Sub Contractors ensuring best commercial rates are secured
- Maintaining and replenishing stock via the Stock Ordering Process
- Compiling monthly waste management figures
- Scheduling and booking services to meet operational needs
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Hours of work are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
