Warm Calling Customer Service Advisor (B2B)
£17k basic + bonus
Southam Selections are currently recruiting for a warm calling customer service advisor who can research on the phone / internet to gather information and update accounts allocated to you that day / week.
There is absolutely no sales in this role but there are still targets and KPIs that you need to hit on a weekly basis.
You will schedule your days and prioritise your workload.
8.30am -5pm Monday to Friday
The main purpose of the role is to research and add information to allocated accounts using a non-sales approach and fact finding by making phone calls, internet and other communication sources. This is to enable the Sales Team to do their role effectively. You will be working within a team and sharing information but you need to be self motivated and able to use your common sense to reach targets given.
·Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets
·Work well within a team to collect the information required
·Being responsible for your own accounts
·Managing and prioritising your work load
·Deal with Customer Services
·Build relationships with contacts within the construction industry
You will ideally have some experience making calls and coordinating things together
This role is not a sales role, however there is a lot of hard work involved and you will be making a lot of warm calls
You need to be confident and work well within a team
