The role will involve all aspects of confectionery production and will include:
- loading of ingredients
- quality control of the production line
- machine minding
- checking for defects and misdeeds
- packing and labelling of sweets
Please note: you will be given rest breaks but will need to perform the job whilst standing.
The role is of a physical nature so you must enjoy being active whilst you work.
Hours of work
6am - 2pm
10pm - 6am
7am - 3pm
£7.05 for all workers under the age of 25
£7.50 for all workers 25 and above.
Overtime is payable after 39 hours worked each week.
You will be working in a food manufacturing environment and will need high levels of personal hygiene. There is a strict no jewellery policy which includes piercings.
