Our Peterborough based client is currently seeking a Warehouse Trainee to join them on a full time and permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be committed and driven to succeed. We are seeking an individual who has a minimum of one year’s warehouse experience or comes from a trade education/background and is now looking for a new opportunity.

The successful applicant will work alongside a Supervisor in a busy and fast paced warehouse. You will be responsible for picking and packing stock, stock allocation, receiving goods in and also preparing stock for despatch. You will liaise closely with the customer service team and will make them aware of any quality or loss issues.

This is a hands-on role which will require a general level of physical fitness. You must be competent with various Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Outlook. We are seeking a strong team player who is happy to support their colleagues when required. Ongoing training and support will be provided.

Career ambition is essential. The successful applicant will receive industry specific training and will ideally progress through the business to become a fully qualified technician/engineer.

  • Working closely with a busy office team to ensure stock is allocated and despatched as soon as possible
