Our client in the Tamworth area is currently seeking a Team Leader / Shift Lead for their busy warehouse & logistics facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading British distribution of products for the hospitality and service industry.

In order to be successful for this role, we will ideally be seeking the following attributes:

- Minimum of 18 months experience as a Warehouse Manager / Team Leader / Shift Supervisor
- A strong character who can nurture and encourage, as well as discipline where appropriate
- Proven experience of managing and motivating a team, and leading from the front
- Comfortable with KPI reporting, leading shift briefings, and following HR policies
- Some degree of Health & Safety training / good knowledge
- Systems savvy, with a strong general knowledge of WMS / inventory packages

Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday, with hours ranging from 1730 - 0530 (9.5 hour shifts) 

Annual salary: £34k (inclusive of shift allowance) + OTE
