The role of warehouse Team Leader will involve managing a team of warehouse operatives within your section. Ensuring your team achieve and client KPIs and SLA's.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of your team, as well as holding responsibility for efficiency and accuracy. As warehouse Team Leader you will be working within a high volume, fast paced, demanding warehouse environment and have a good understanding of retail distribution.
Key functions within this role will include, but not limited to the following -
1)Planning daily staff volumes against forecasted activity
2)Leading your team to achieve KPIs and SLAS whilst controlling costs
3)Organising and distributing daily workload
1) Ability to motivate individuals and teams
3) Adhering to and enforcing company procedures and legislation.
Hours of work will vary between 6.00am and 6.30pm, so you will be required to be flexible on working hours.

Strong communication and organisation skills.
Ability to work unsupervised using initiative.
