We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join a global brand based in Milton Keynes

Training on afternoons & then on to a permanent night-shift 10pm-8am 4-5 shifts over 6 days

Good benefits and excellent facilities

Responsibilities:

•Motivate and lead team of warehouse operatives

•Monitor and manage KPI's

•Planning rota's & managing annual leave/sickness

•Brief team at intervals to ensure fluid & clear communication

•Ensure housekeeping & hygiene processes adhered to

•Oversee equipment and ensure is well maintained

•Administer induction training and take part in reviews during training period

•Involvement in disciplinary and grievance processes

•Always ensure full compliance of all company policies

•Multi site supervision

Required skills, knowledge & attributes:

•Good understanding of health & safety legislation

•Supervisory experience within a warehouse

•Self motivated & proactive

•Ability to succeed in a dynamic & fast moving environment

•Clear & confident communicator
