A well-established and rapidly expanding business with a strong reputation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support ongoing growth at its Redditch site. The Role

• Lead, organise, and motivate a warehouse team to achieve daily pick and despatch targets
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Ensure all daily activities are completed safely and on time
• Act as the point of contact for audits, visits, and operational checks

Health & Safety

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
• Ensure all equipment is used correctly and staff are fully trained
• Enforce PPE and safe working practices at all times
• Complete daily operational checks and escalate issues promptly
• Ensure incidents and accidents are correctly reported and investigated

Team Management

• Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team
• Allocate work effectively to meet productivity and accuracy targets
• Manage attendance, holidays, and agency labour levels
• Communicate company updates, procedures, and expectations clearly
• Deal with routine people matters fairly and consistently

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all quality and procedural standards are followed
• Complete and check all operational and despatch paperwork
• Inspect outbound loads and vehicles
• Ensure correct picking, scanning, and despatch processes are followed
• Maintain high standards of operational best practice

About You

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor role
• Confident people manager with a hands-on, structured leadership style
• Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator who leads by example
