Working as a Warehouse Supervisor for a leading manufacturing business in Stonehouse earning up to £22,000.

Your new company
A UK based manufacturer of industry leading products that have been certified by the Government regulations body and high level specialists alike. They are now looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor to their established team to manage the extra demand they've seen spike.

Your new role
The Warehouse Supervisor will be ultimately responsible for a team of up to 10 operatives covering goods in, picking, packing and dispatch. You will need to manage them on their KPI performance and ensure that all QHSE issues are dealt with. You will need to report on the Inventory levels; ensuring that the production teams are not hindered by a lack of available stock.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you must have worked within a distribution team management role for in excess of 1 year. Ideally you'll have worked within a manufacturing business however this will not be crucial to your application. Furthermore, it would be great to have worked with MRP systems and have an understanding of Lean methodologies.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid an annual salary of up to £22,000 in addition to a variety of company benefits.
