Our highly successful and forward-thinking technology products client is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Specialist.

This is not a big site approx. 20,000 square feet. The role involves managing a small team.
The need to be highly adaptable and a team player is key for the success of this role.

As a medium sized (50 person company) the role requires flexibility to deal with a wide variety of activities. Though there is an emphasis on Warehouse the role requires supporting the Operations Manager in other key areas

• Managing the day to day running of the warehouse
• Managing a Fleet - (30 cars and vans)
• Liaising with transport/courier companies
• Building Management - Alarms, Security, Maintenance
• Hands on with regards any stock requirements
• Responsible for Health & Safety - maintaining the H&S plan for the company
• Liaising with customers as and when required
• Liaising with Sales/Customer Services/Accounts/Senior Management
• Any other duties as required


Person Specification:
• A hands-on operator with good Warehouse and supervisory experience
• Previous experience as a manager or supervisor within a small team
• Health & Safety professional
• Competent user of MS Office
• Highly organised, good attention to detail
• Committed and always looking to provide the best service for customers
• Team player
• Flexible attitude
