Synergy Plus Recruitment is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a leading company in Milton Keynes, known for their dedication to quality and excellence. If you are driven, hands-on, and focused on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs, this role could be perfect for you.

Pay Rate:£12.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (Rotational - and 1 Saturday out of 6)
Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes

Duties and Responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative:

• Work as part of a team to produce and manage orders
• Pick and Packing orders
• Attention to detail
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Keep production areas clean and organised
• Ensure commitment to maintaining high quality and meeting production lead times

Experience Required for Warehouse Operative:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Good level of reading English
