Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team in Tewkesbury, with a pay rate of £12.14 to £12.87. The role involves working approximately 40 hours per week over 5 days, on rotating shifts from 07:00 - 16:30 rotating to 09:00 - Finish , Monday to Friday This is an ongoing, temp to perm position with immediate starts available.
As a Warehouse Operative your duties will be supporting the production team by operating machinery to package products, moving units into storage for distribution, and working across different production lines, you will be responsible for operating machinery for processing and filling milk products, maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation, and complying with all food hygiene and health and safety policies on site with ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products.
Assembling and packaging products according to production schedules.
Conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
Working collaboratively with the production team to achieve production targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a production environment (Desired).
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
Comfortable working in a physically demanding role.
Flexible with working hours and willing to work weekends.
