Our client is seeking an individual to take a challenging role as an Office Manager. This role is not your standard Office Management role, you will also have some form of purchasing based experience ideally within the Engineering sector.
In this role you will:
- Deputise for the site manager
- Maintain inventory
- Process sales orders
- Load purchase orders
- Research and identify supply options
- Provide management and internal customers with complex management reporting
You will have high level Word and Excel skills, have a confident manner with a thick skin. There will be some lifting as part of this role so will not suit anyone unable to lift or has back problems. You will be able to demonstrate on your CV some purchasing based experience and it would be hugely beneficial (and is likely to secure you an interview) if you have any exposure of using a fork lift.
