Night Supervisor – NIGHT Shift

Wholesale Italian Food Distributor - Flour, Sauces, Oils and Fresh Herbs and Veg.

Circa £30k + Benefits + Holiday Pay

Permanent contract  

Typical shifts; Night shifts – Monday to Friday, 12am – 9am (some flexibility)

Due to growth & contract wins, we are looking for an experienced Night Supervisor with a proven background in Italian food distribution.  

The successful Night Supervisor duties will include;

• Lead the production, ensuring all work flow is manageable and meet targets
• Work to the departments SOPs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the warehouse
• Ensure staff is consistent & up to the companies high standards
• Implement and manage KPI’s and reports
• Role is hands on not just delegation.
• Work to the companies high standards at all times
• Work to health & safety policies

This could be a brilliant chance for an experienced Night Warehouse Team leader to step up or for an experienced team leader / supervisor to work for an exciting business with amazing leadership and big plans.

Required experience & characteristics;

• At least 1years experience leading, managing, motivating a warehouse team.
• Proven people management skills
• Enthusiastic, positive and motivational
• Experience of managing demand, workflow & supply
• Reliable & conscientious
• Italian speaking (preferable)
