Warehouse Forklift driver

Here at Contract Personnel, we are recruiting an Warehouse Forklift Operative, to join a well-established company located in Shipdham.

Role

We’re looking for a Forklift Driver with Counterbalance licence and Forklift Driver with Flexi licence, to join our team at a newly opened site. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, organised, and proficient in using a computerised system for managing stock. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks including manual handling, using a forklift, and maintaining the warehouse.

• Moving Materials: Using a forklift to transport goods and pallets around the warehouse.

• Loading and Unloading: Picking, packing, checking, and loading products onto and off trailers and into designated areas.

• Stacking: Stacking loads in the correct storage bays.

• Following Instructions: Adhering to written instructions and health and safety regulations.

• Keeping Records: Maintaining accurate procurement records and reporting any issues.

• Communicating: Effectively communicating with team members.

• Keeping Clean: Ensuring the warehouse surroundings are kept clean and tidy.

Working Hours and Pay 

7am to 3pm Monday to Friday 

£12.50 per an hour
