Salary: £26,400 + £1,800 Night Shift Premium
Grade: RCS O
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Nights)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Due to an exciting new Business win with Morrisons, we have a number of fantastic opportunities for Warehouse FLM's at our site in Lutterworth.

As a Warehouse FLM you will be responsible for the day to day management of the warehouse Colleagues activities to ensure that resources are planned and managed effectively. You will lead, motivate and develop your workforce, executing against customer requirements, operational performance and "making DHL a great place to work"

Key responsibilities:
Assist the Warehouse manager to develop/ achieve budget, revenue & profit.
Management and delivery of key performance indicators (KPI's) to meet contractual terms and DHL expectations
Ensure accuracy of all functions, productivity and space utilisation.
Record and monitor all Health & Safety related incidents
Responsible for the day to day management of the Warehouse Operation
Driving customer value by driving process improvement and continuous improvement across all elements of the business
Provide support for shift managers.

About you

You will have the desire to bring a true commitment to the customer and a keen desire to help to deliver a first-class service. In addition to this you will have:

Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
Experience in the logistics industry
PC Skills (Excel/Access) - Intermediate level minimum
Analytical, problem solving, organisational and motivational skills
Project Management skills & People Management skills
Leadership, Negotiation and interpersonal skills
Succession planning & development of employees
