HRGO are recruiting for an exceptional Co-Ordinator, based near to Market Drayton. A competitive salary is on offer up to £21,000k and Shift premium.
A well-established, family owned distribution company specialising primarily in the dairy, meat and bakery sector. The business operates from a purpose built 35-acre complex, part of the Agro Merchant Group.
The Role- Warehouse Co-Ordinator
Hours of Work- Shifts (4 days on, 4 days off)
Reporting to and supporting the Zone Supervisor, you will co-ordinate and drive the movement of work, man power and equipment to achieve the daily plan. You will ensure that performance and non-conformance and behaviour are challenged constructively and equally, escalated to the Zone Supervisor if required. You will be clean on work expectations and utilise staff according to their trained skill level.

Our client is looking for an individual who has the skills to communicate at all levels with the team they are overseeing and have a 'one warehouse' team mindset.
The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changes, think on their feet and operate well in a fast-moving and challenging organisation.
-Co-ordinate the daily activity of work in line with the day sheet.
-Ensure allocated staff are in their designated zones in line with their skill level and trained ability to achieve the planned work.
- Raise any equipment concerns to the Zone Supervisor.
-Keep Zone Supervisor regularly updated with any staff concerns, including under performance attitude, behaviour and non-conformity.
-Ensure Health And Safety, Quality and Food Safety Compliance it adhered to at all times.
-High light to the Zone Supervisor when staff become available. Ensure that work is re-allocated staff are also re-deployed to balance shift costs.
-Provide Zone Supervisors with a clear picture of the daily activity to ensure that the shift handover will be as accurate and effective as possible.
-Promote a clean and tidy work environment.
-Assist Zone Supervisor with the delivery of SOP's and support newly trained operatives and step up when the Zone Supervisor is not present.
Operational and Warehousing experience, preferably in the food industry required.
Salary: A competitive salary up to £23,000k depending on experience + shift premium.
