Hedon is a luxury motorcycle helmet manufacturer based in South London. We are currently expanding our operaitons and looking for an Administrative assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be working directly with the Operations Manager, performing a range of tasks

  • Picking and packing order
  • Receiving goods in the warehouse
  • Performing operations in Shopify
  • Generating shipping labels and updating shipping information to customers
  • Performing monthly stock takes
  • Ensuring the warehouse is in order at all times
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure stock levels are correct at all times
  • Working in our ERP system to generate picking lists/ delivery notes
  • Receiving and checking returned goods

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar position, demonstrating high level of organisation, the ability to work independently and communicate clearly and efficiently.
