Warehouse Administrator/Customer Service
Shift: 10am till 7pm / 11am till 8pm (Flexibility Required)
Location: EMEA (UK) Regional Distribution Centre
Interaction Recruitment are currently working with a leading distributor to recruit an organized Warehouse Administrator to join their advancing team in the West Midlands. Our client are relocating to Lichfield and require an experienced Warehouse Administrator who is able to multi-task across an array of areas that cover Billings, Exports, Order Routing as well as delivering excellent customer service.
The Administration team are responsible for the effective processing, tracking & billing of all sales orders received into the location along with other required administrative tasks to ensure that a high level of customer service is provided.
Our client is looking for an individual who has the ability to take on a variety of tasks and projects to support the team, therefore strong organisational skills, a high attention to detail and excellent customer service is essential.
Administration/Customer Service Duties & Responsibilities
Run periodic order routes and sort, label and file ready for processing in the warehouse
Ensure that all order documentation, including packing lists or customer specific requirements, are prepared and despatched into the warehouse
Call handling from other departments, vendors and carriers.
Monitor and respond to email requests ensuring that all tasks are followed through to conclusion.
Work with other Operational teams to ensure the effective resolution of customer complaints, RDR's, freight claims and other key activities.
