An exciting opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our client's friendly and hard-working team based in Christchurch, Dorset!

Temporary position

Are you available immediately? Do you have good administration skills? If so then this would be a fantastic role for you!

The main purpose of the role will be to assist in the day to day administration of the warehouse operation.

Key responsibilities:

  • To liaise with Warehouse operatives, Team leaders/Supervisors and Management to ensure the efficient & timely planning of customer sales orders.

  • To report any issues that may hinder on time delivery of customer sales orders to the appropriate Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager.

  • To liaise with customers to an appropriate standard and within their expectations to ensure bookings, shortages, stock availability's and any other requirements are organised and communicated effectively.

  • To liaise effectively with carrier and haulier companies to ensure transport is in place for delivery of customer orders.

Skills:

  • Proficient with Excel and Outlook

Location: Christchurch, Dorset

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm

Salary: £8.00 per hour
