In this role, you'll:

• Analyse and Improve: Leverage data to track performance, identify trends, and implement process enhancements.
• Communicate Effectively: Interact with customers and colleagues at all levels, fostering clear and concise communication.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven Experience: At least 1 year of experience in logistics account management.
• Warehouse Know-How: A solid understanding of fast-paced warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyse data and create reports.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: A flexible approach to work and a knack for finding creative solutions.
