Waking night support Worker 16+ Therapeutic supported accommodation for Unaccompanied asylum seeking children

The Enthum Foundation is looking for brilliant and experienced night support workers for it’s exciting, brand new project working with 16+year old unaccompanied asylum seeking young men in a therapeutic residential setting.

Enthum House’s mission is to create a safe, stable and sustainable home environment where the basic needs for regenerative sleep, balanced healthy nutrition and acquisition of life skills are met within a wholesome and responsive community committed to reciprocal learning and creative expression.

This brand-new service requires night workers who will help deliver a first-class service to young people with complex and diverse needs, from a variety of backgrounds. You will be motivated and committed people with vision who can take the initiative and work closely with the manager and day support team ensuring that the Enthum Foundation achieves its mission, vision and values.

The Enthum foundation offers 5.6 weeks’ annual leave per year, ongoing training opportunities and a 24 hour independent Employee Assistance Service.
