Dean Healthcare is one of the leading recruitment providers within the Health & Social Care sector throughout the region. We are currently recruiting for experienced night support worker in south Devon with a specialist care provider of autism.

The role is for our new community supported living service. You will be working with autistic adults and their families in a supported living environment. The service comprises of support to a single person living in a self-contained flat and support to up to 5 individuals living in a shared house. The support is person centred to enable those whom we support to live and gain independent living skills and access activities within the community.

Your working pattern will be varied over a seven-day rota and could include bank holidays.

Interviews/Assessment day will be held: 6th December 2018 commencing at 9.30am - 3pm, all candidates applying will be asked to attend the assessment day.

Could this role be for you?

Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:

  • Experience working with venerable adults on the autistic spectrum.
  • Experience working within a similar setting.
  • NVQ L2/3 in Health & Social Care (Desirable)
