Are you a night owl?
We are looking to recruit Waking Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team of support staff in our Southampton service.
You will be supporting adults with a learning disability providing them with support through the night.
The people we support enjoy their bedtime routine which could include playing hand games, using sensory items or even just relaxing from their busy days. When they are fast asleep you will be completing light domesticated duties such as ironing, cleaning, checking finances, cashing up and other household chores.
As long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability, we want to hear from you. This role has a unique set of challenges, but our award winning training will ensure that you are the best Support Worker that you can be, whether you have lots experience or are just starting out in your career.
Please note that this is a Wake Night Support Worker role (based in Southampton)
Within the additional information section, we have included profiles for some of the services you may work across. This will give you a better understanding of the role requirements.
Due to the nature of the service we require female only applicants, this post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
