A warm welcome awaits you at Birch Coppice. We are a settled care home and pride ourselves on providing a safe, warm and nurturing environment with an excellent delivery of care. We can accommodate up to 6 children and young people aged between 5 -18 with severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, downs syndrome, challenging behaviour or associated complex needs. Our waking night staff are required to ensure the young people are monitored and their care needs are met. Supporting young people’s care plans and following established routines. Waking night staff are required to follow a cleaning schedule to maintain our high standards throughout the home.

Due to on-going development, we are seeking caring, committed and compassionate Support Workers to join our aspirational team. Whilst experience definitely isn't essential, we don't just want anyone!
