Waking Night Support Workers wanted for a short breaks service located in Brierley Hill, Dudley.

Night shift hours 9pm - 9am

Drivers preferred but not essential.

£8.03 - 8.47 per hour.

A warm welcome awaits you in our specialist service providing short breaks for young people who present with learning or physical disabilities, complex health needs, autism and challenging behaviours. Based in Dudley, West Midlands, we care for Young People with varied interests and requirements, so each person is respected and valued as an individual, with tailored programmes to address the specific and changing needs of the individual. Our Young People have varied likes and interests, whether this be trains, cooking, art or going to the cinema; young people need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.

We pride ourselves on providing a safe, warm and nurturing environment with a high standard of care and accommodation for children, ensuring an excellent delivery of care.

Due to on-going development, we are seeking caring, committed and compassionate Support Workers to join our aspirational team. Whilst experience definitely isn't essential, passion definitely is! We are looking for courageous and committed individuals who can communicate these attributes within a lively, fun, loving and rewarding environment.
