We are looking for people with a passion and drive to join our team as a volunteer, helping us to achieve our aim of supporting clients, enabling them to achieve their potential and live more independently within their community.

As a volunteer you will provide assistance for daily social activities within the home, from gardening, shopping or going for a walk, you can make a real difference to our residents’ lives.

Surrounded by tranquil gardens, Furzehatt Residential and Nursing Home is situated in the leafy suburb of Plymstock. The home provides residential, dementia, nursing and palliative care for up to 60 residents. Click here for further information about the home.

No formal qualifications are necessary. This is an exciting opportunity to really get to know our residents and provide them with a variety of stimulating activities that not only promote physical but also mental and social wellbeing.
