To support this ongoing commitment, we are looking for a Visitor Experience Coordinator to join us, in York, on a 12-month, fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will carry out all general and financial administrative support for the Visitor Experience Team. You will also lead our customer enquiries team to ensure all telephone compliments and complaints are answered to the highest standards.
Joining us, you will be a strong communicator and organised individual. Competent at managing competing workloads of an administrative nature, you will provide exceptional customer service and be confident in managing your team to do the same.
