Visitor Adviser/Customer Service role, to start asap for 3 - 6 months based in central london

London's largest transport agency is looking for dynamic customer focused people to join their Visitor Information Centre team at Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport and London based locations on a full time basis for 3 - 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
You will be assisting customers with travel advice, issuing tickets and providing local knowledge on transport and tourist attractions. These roles are on a shift pattern, which can fall Monday-Sunday between the hours of 7.30am and 7.40pm, so applicants must be flexible with this.
What you'll need to succeed
- Admirable customer service skills
- Ability to offer at least one other European language
- A friendly persona and the ability to offer a first class service to all customers/visitors
- Retail and sales experience are essential
